Refund policy

Effective starting: October 1, 2023

Customers on the Home Try-It program can initiate their return at https://shopify.com/82219139367/account.  Fees to The National Business Leadership Academy are due and payable as scheduled in the agreement.  Payments made are nonrefundable.  All sales are final.  A Customer cannot cancel their purchase at any time at nationalbusinessleadershipacademy.com.  If a course is abandoned but not completed, the client remains responsible for any outstanding payments which are due to The National Business Leadership Academy. Any payment made to The National Business Leadership Academy signifies the acceptance of the terms of this agreement.  In case of nonpayment and the collections process becomes necessary, the Customer agrees to pay all fees incurred by that process.  This Agreement is entered into in Los Angeles, CA, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Los Angeles, CA.
